What You Need Before You Start
- An active subscription (or a free 24-hour trial)
- Your M3U playlist URL or Xtream login details, sent after signup
- A stable internet connection — see our bandwidth guide if unsure
Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Android TV)
- Open your TV’s app store and search for an IPTV player app (such as Smarters Player or IPTV Smarters Pro)
- Install the app and open it
- Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” or “Load M3U URL” depending on what was sent to you
- Enter your details exactly as provided and select “Add User”
- Wait for the channel list to load, then start watching
Amazon Firestick / Fire TV
- From the Fire TV home screen, go to Find > Search and type “Downloader”
- Install the Downloader app and open it
- Enter the app’s download URL provided in your welcome email
- Allow installation from unknown sources when prompted, then install
- Open the app and log in with your Xtream or M3U details
Tip: If Downloader gives a “Forbidden” error, disable your VPN temporarily or try again in a few minutes — this is usually a rate limit on Amazon’s side, not a problem with your subscription.
Android Phone or Tablet
- Install an IPTV player from the Google Play Store
- Open the app and select “Add Playlist”
- Paste your M3U URL or enter your Xtream credentials
- Save and start streaming
iPhone / iPad
- Download an IPTV-compatible app such as GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store
- Open the app and go to the playlist settings
- Add your M3U URL or Xtream login
- Refresh the channel list and start watching
Frequently Asked Questions
My channels are loading but the picture keeps freezing. What do I check first?
This is almost always a bandwidth or Wi-Fi issue rather than an account issue. Try switching to a wired Ethernet connection or the 5GHz Wi-Fi band before contacting support.
Can I use the same subscription on two devices at once?
This depends on your plan’s connection limit. Check your plan details on the subscription page, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your limit.
